17/3/22: I've used this real estate agency to manage my rental property for about twenty five years so when it came time to sell the property I engaged Grant because I knew he was really experienced around the hills area. Grant was excellent. He allowed me to have a say in how the property was marketed. He not only listened to what I wanted as far as price was concerned but actually took notice of it, even though he took some convincing. He was trustworthy and professional all the way through even when dealing with the dodgy agent who was selling the house next door. He effectively defended my rights when the buyers representatives became difficult to deal with without batting an eyelid. The property sold within days for the best price I could have expected. We were purchasing our property (land) in order to build on it as soon as possible. During the process of designing our home and all of the meetings and time it takes to do so, it was nice to not have to worry about the purchase of the land.
