Albany Harbourside Apartments and Houses

We had a two night stay at the Harbourside Apartments. The apartment was No. 106 and is beautifully presented. It has everything provided for an enjoyable stay. We particularly appreciated the balcony and enjoyed the ability to sit out and appreciate the view. It is near to all amenities, the trains as mentioned in the website can be heard, but the view from the balcony is worth it. Special mention for the early SMS advising the room was ready and how it could be accessed.

I made a booking to stay at Harbourside apartments back in March but had to change my booking dates 3 times due to unforeseen circumstances. Whilst I still have not yet made it to Harbourside, my dealings with Tiffany have been 5 star, her understanding and willingness to help me rearrange my booking every time has been unreal. Excellent customer service, she’s been amazing to deal with. Thank you so much!

The website images hardly do this justice as it turns out. The place was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Close enough to the main street through Albany to pretty much walk everywhere which was a bonus, if you don't mind braving the 'gentle' slopes of Earl street each time. At least we managed to achieve 'Virtual Climbing' badges on our watches. :) And of course the view was absolutely breath-taking. When we rocked into town to pick up our keys for the first time, the service from the team was on point, welcoming and extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks so much guys for contributing to the best holiday we've had so far. :)

Would like to thank Louisa for her incredible Hospitality .We were met at the station by her and made to feel special.The apartment we stayed in was beautifully done and spotless .We would recommend them to everyone.Louisa also drove us back to the station when we left.A beautiful Lady.So thanks Louisa for everything from Margaret T, Beth R,and Val M,Apt 1.
