LJH Two Rocks is the kind of real estate company you come across once in a lifetime. They actually care about their tenants and they understand it’s not just a property-it’s a home. When I was struggling after the birth of my third child under 6, I contacted them to postpone my inspection. Not only did they give me more time, Janine was on my doorstep two days later with a pamper care package for me that the office staff had all put in for. She told me I was doing a great job, not to worry and that they understood how I was feeling. I was blown away. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent or anyone looking for a brilliant company to manage their property. They care. Everyone at LJH Two Rocks is equally amazing and the atmosphere in the office is unlike any real estate agent I have ever encountered. I wish there were more around like them.

My mother kindly emailed this real estate as the house next door is through LJ to advise that a large tree was over hanging there fence and clogging the gutters. Then an agent accidentally sent the email back to my mum quote “This is the tree that is hanging over the fence “blocking” the gutters… FML” this is extremely unprofessional, rude and absolutely disgusting. Just goes to show what real estate agents really do say behind tenants and owners backs. Do not recommend this agency if you want to be looked after !

Can't believe what horrible service you have giving for a so called professional company! how you treat people like this is shocking .It's been weeks with no reply contact, no bond money returned after 6+ weeks!For a real estate its horrible to think that people trust in you and the with the way the world is right now with covid and you treat people like this.Don't like doing this but I feel something needs to be said.How are family's ment to get another rental when no money returned or no reply contact has been made?
